Customers service with this company attempts to inspire confidence, but they have no reason to do so. They even asked me for measurements off of my truck using an incorrect diagram of a previous model for reference. I have a fifth GEN ram and they used a fourth GEN picture to confirm dimensions, which were obviously incorrect. Additionally, the product showed up very damaged. The seller took no responsibility for this despite the fact that many truck canopies of this type come from China all the time and are not in this condition when they arrive. additionally, they took no responsibility for the incorrect dimensions that did not account for the shape of my truck. I had to work with Alibaba to get some type of refund and had to spend extra time on my own to get the thing to fit in the first place. If this product could show up without being damaged and truly meant to fit a vehicle, it would be great.
